And he’s partnered with the Cleveland Clinic which adds another layer of sheen to him…and dulls the clinic’s sheen to those who know. They are both profiting off of each other I guess?

Cleveland Clinic went all whorey about certain cash making alternative medicine stuff. They've been milking the functional medicine grift for awhile.

Thanks for this. As someone with an autoimmune thyroid condition, I also know he's one of many wellness/alternative medicine influencers who often spread misinformation about thyroid conditions. I believe that these influencers are at least partially to blame for the fact that so many in the thyroid support groups I'm in spread the same misinformation and turn to supplements/dietary changes/alt med treatments over medication. These influencers not only say that thyroid medications are ineffective, but they also say they're harmful or toxic - which is the most infuriating thing to me as someone who would be a lot less functional without them. It's extremely heartbreaking to watch vulnerable patients be misguided by them.
